Welcome to Wine Time, your spacious single-story cabin retreat sleeping up to 16 guests across four luxurious king suites and a cozy bunk room (2 × full-size bunk beds). Family- and pet-friendly (max 2 dogs; additional pet fee applies), this getaway offers comfort and adventure nestled at the edge of the Ouachita National Forest. Outdoor fun year-round: Enjoy a heated pool (available Sep–Apr as an add-on fee; must be requested 24 h before check-in; water temp ~82–86 °F, subject to weather), hot tub, shuffleboard, table arcade, giant Jenga, corn hole, horseshoes, swing set, swing deck, seasonal creek, and fire pit. On cool nights, cozy up with an outdoor heater, or roast marshmallows under the forest stars. The oversized kitchen—equipped with a gas range, large island, grill, coffee bar (Keuring, drip, press), crock pot, full cookware, and utensils—makes gatherings effortless. Indoor comfort & entertainment: Vaulted ceilings, flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, plush throw blankets, Bluetooth speaker, and fireplace deliver cozy evenings. Essentials provided: Free Wi-Fi, central A/C and heat, washer/dryer with laundry supplies, linens, towels, plus starter supplies: per bathroom – three rolls toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags; plus paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, scrub brushes, garbage bags, coffee pods/grounds/filters, salt & pepper, small laundry soap, and hot tub chlorine. Accessibility & parking: Keyless entry with personalized code active from 4 PM check-in to 10 AM checkout. No early or late options. U-shape driveway with boat parking included. Important notes: Stairs are required to access the property; two exterior security cameras face outward. The cabin’s forest surroundings may include wildlife (bugs, snakes, predators); bug spray, sturdy boots, and long socks recommended if hiking. A pool skimmer is provided—natural debris may appear. Internet is available; speed/outage issues are not the responsibility of Kowi Properties.

Located off on the south side of Hochatown right off of 259A heading into Beavers Bend Park, Southern Hills is hilly and a heavily treed neighborhood. For more adventurous guests, the neighborhood is great for walking and site seeing.
