Peace and quiet is what you will find on this 10 acre parcel. No neighbors in your business. Occasionally we have some noise from JBLM but that's just the sound of freedom. Lots of wildlife on the property. Deer, quail, and rabbits are abundant.
Retired military, real-estate broker, general contractor, and all around master of restoration. Thats my gift. Sandra is prior military also. She loves horses and grandkids. We both enjoy gardening and farm work.
Yelm is a quiet little town with lots of good people. We are on 22 acre's just outside the city limits of Yelm. We are five minutes from Yelm city center and 20 minutes from JBLM.
