Welcome to Your Happy Place! This home has a spacious living room, dining room and powder room on main level with newly renovated kitchen. Hardwood flooring and natural light throughout all levels. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with an updated full hall bathroom, two queen size beds, one twin with twin trundle bed as well as a queen and sofa bed in the basement unit. Backyard provides space for 1-car off-street parking and the brand new patio is perfect for soaking in the sun! The basement features an additional Queen bed, pull-out sofa, bathroom, and kitchen area. Perfect for large groups, or those who like lots of extra space!

Neighbourhood information

The Fort Totten neighborhood is newly trending and becoming popular with families and the younger DC crowd as it`s residential, but has great access to downtown. There is a true sense of community, and everyone looks out for each-other; porch culture reigns supreme, families pushing prams, and neighbors greeting each-other with smiles are common sightings!
