I'm trying my best to provide comfortable accommodations for my guests. Either you are on a business trip, or a training, or travel, or just need a room to sleep on the way to your destination, please feel free to reach out and reserve a room. This is a single family house with MULTIPLE ROOMS that will be rent out to DIFFERENT GUESTS. Each guest will have their own private bedroom. Some bedrooms have private bathroom and some rooms share a bathroom. It depends on which room that you book. All common areas such as PATIO, KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM are SHARED among all guests. Please be respectful and clean up immediately after yourself, so the spaces can be available for other guests all the time.
I'm a foodie that loves to explore different cuisines and enjoy great food every day. I like to travel to places and learn about their cultures, including local cuisines. As a traveler, I'm also looking for affordable and comfortable options when I explore new area. So I'm trying all my best to host all my guests. I might be around the house here and there. If we have a chance to meet, please feel free to say hi and have a quick chat.
This is a residential neighborhood with families. The location is only 5 minutes from University of South Florida (USF), Busch Gardens, Yueling Center, Pepsi Cola facility, and many other places. This location is very central, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. Grocery store is right at the corner. Walmart, Publix, gas stations is 5-8 minutes driving with normal traffic. 15 minutes to Tampa downtown. 30-45 minutes to beaches.
