“11 giờ sáng thuê xe máy, ngày trả xe 10 giờ sáng. Khách sạn lại tính từ sáng đến 10 giờ thêm nửa buổi (3 ngày thành 3 ngày rưỡi) điều đó không hợp lý tí nào! Không đáng chi vài chục ngàn, nên khách bỏ qua, không đôi co làm gì! Đừng vì chỗ bỏ qua...”
