تضم جميع الوحدات منطقة للجلوس ولتناول الطعام، ويتوفر أيضًا مطبخ مجهز بميني بار، كما تتوفر مواقف خاصة مجانية للسيارات في الموقع. وتتوفر بياضات الأسرّة.
تضم Life Beach Villa أيضاً تراس. يمكن للضيوف الاستمتاع بتناول وجبة في المطعم الموجود في الموقع.
