Special requests are subject to availability, and a surcharge may be applied. - Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the resort. - Any arising guest will have an extra charge as per resort policies. - The Grand Club and VIP Gaming Areas are open to foreign passports aged 18 years and above only, in accordance with Vietnamese law. Only valid hard copies of the original Passport and valid Visa are accepted as proof of eligibility and will be required for verification before entry.
