According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, guests are required to present their photo identification, passport or birth certificate of every passenger upon check-in.

Guests are responsible for self-checking room furnishing and facilities, food/drinks in minibar upon check-in and check-out as per regulations of the Hotel. For any changes to the reservation, guests are required to inform the property at least 7 working days prior to check-in.

Guests may experience disturbances and noises from 09:00 until 16:00 at Bay View Restaurant.

The property apology for any inconvenience caused. Kindly present children's birth certificate(s) upon check-in. If children's birth certificates are not provided, their age will be converted based on their height.

Full-board meals will begin with dinner on the day of check-in, and end with lunch on the day of check-out. Should you wish to have lunch on your arrival date instead of departure date, please inform the property at least 5 days in advance. This meal-change option is only available for arrival before 13:00 and departure before 12:00.

Changing meal options on arrival day is not possible.

Room rates on [31 December] not include a gala dinner. There will be a compulsory fee applied for Christmas and New year Gala Dinner- Which does not include room rate and should be collected at property as Vinpearl Policy.

• Hotel Credit is only used for all services provided by the hotel (without using external providers) for example: F&B, Spa treatment (not massage), Laundry, Car rental service provided by the hotel… Bar drinks (alcoholic beverages not applicable) / Room Service not applicable; / Do not use hotel credit to buy room-related services: Buy more rooms, upgrade view, room class, additional surcharges...

Do not bring fruits with a strong smell (such as durians, jackfruit, fish sauce, etc) into the hotel room
