Using sustainably sourced local hardwood and select use of masonry this is a simple yet timeless piece of tropical architecture with green creeper clinging to exterior walls and filtered ocean views through mature beachside trees. The villas have just the right balance of essentials such as a king size bed, quality cotton sheets, indoor and outdoor showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire living and dining area can be opened up by sliding and stacking the custom glass-filled timber framed doors. We are without TV or air-con, instead you will find wireless internet and fresh seasonal trade winds passively cooling the house through wide opening sliding doors / windows assisted by quality fans. Being part of a cluster of four boutique beachfront villas, it has direct beach frontage and access to just under 100m of ocean fronting beach with a communal fire pit, loose oceanside seating, and a calm and clean tidal ocean reef with a lively ecosystem of corals and small colourful reef fish. Swimming pools are available for guests who book villas 3 & 4 only. Nightly rate advertised is for the Master 1 Bed Pavilion (2 guests), for more than 2 guests or if you require to stay in seperate rooms, the Guest Pavilion is available for an extra fee - please enquire. The villa consists of two separate pavilions, so please consider whether this setup is suitable for your needs if traveling with children. The guest pavilion (second bedroom) is located approximately 5 to 30 metres away from the main pavilion, depending on which villa you have booked, and includes its own ensuite. If this separation is not suitable, there is also the option to set up a fold-out bed in the main pavilion bedroom if required.
