A new modern apartment in the newly developed holiday resort. Fully furnished, consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets, suitable for 6 people. Kitchen is fully equipped, air-con, TV and washing maschine available. Living-room extends to the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunrise with seaview. This place is suitable for everyone who, for example, enjoys relax on the private beach (beds and umbrellas, canoe and paddle boards are free of charge) or likes random sports (tennis, billiard, mini-golf, table tennis, football wickets) also for free of charge. You can enjoy time in the local spa, which is open throughout the year and consist of swimming pool with salted water, sauna and jacuzzi. Additionally, massages are available(not free of charge) . Children will enjoy outside swimming pools with slides, playground, and adults will make memories in the restaurant with top quality food, relaxing beach and swim bars. During high season, there is a program for children as well as adults such as pilates on the beach, private cinema and so on (look at week local planner). Car and bike rentals are also available for those who love exploring local area. You can come to Larnaca International Airport and take taxi crossing the border to North Cyprus with appx. 1hr 20 mins drive (60 euro) or rent a car ( I can advise you).
