Property information

Luxury self catering units in the heart of Durbanville. Very spacious, fully fitted and separate entrances to all units. 5 Minutes from Durbanville Golf course and Durbanville hospital. Very quiet and tranquil setting.10 Windell consist of 2 large and 2 medium, fully fitted and fully serviced private self-catering units. Each unit has an en-suite bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge, two plate stove, microwave oven and breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. All units have a heater, fan, flat screen TV with an Open View decoder (more channels to choose from), bedding and towels are supplied. Each unit has it's own entrance from the garden and is very spacious. Big under cover area with tables and chairs for guests to enjoy with braai (barbecue) facility. Limited parking is available on the property at no extra cost.

Neighbourhood information

The facility is within walking distance from Durbanville CBD where you will find good restaurants, banks, shops like Woolworths Food, Checkers and Pick and Pay. We are 5 minutes from Durbanville Hospital and very close to the Durbanville wine farms and major shopping malls. We are approximately 25 minutes drive from Cape Town International Airport and the beaches of Bloubergstrand and Melkbosstrand. The property is in a very safe area of Durbanville.
