Specious well appointed Family Suite, quiet area, close to Waterfront and many other shops, restaurants and attractions including sports fields where many events take place. Two undercover basement parking bays with lift access to apartment
What I like most about hosting is for my guests to enjoy their stay
The general area is very quiet and safe to walk, only 200m from the Waterfront with many shops and restaurants such as 34 South, L'Opera, Spur, Dry Dock Food Co and O Pescador. Outside the Waterfront and even closer you have Chatters Bistro, Caffe Mario, Olde's Pub & Grill, Anchorage and Grain Mill Organic Bistro. There are many options for boat trips at the Waterfront and Cruise Cafe not far from the Waterfront. The sports fields, just a 100m from the apartment is where the Simola Hill Climb scrutineering takes place and many running and cycling events start and or end.
