A quiet, peaceful and extremely secure complex where you will hardly be aware of anybody around you. 23 La Crete Sands boasts a 180° view over the Indian Ocean and if lucky, rewarding one with views of majestic whales or dolphins at play. Located close to amenities, shopping centres, restaurants and the idyllic Uvongo Beach literally 200m down the road, makes this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor unit the perfect getaway destination. Open the sliding doors to the covered patio BBQ area to catch the cool see breeze while relaxing with a book, preparing a meal, catching a power-nap, watching your favourite show or simply just admiring the view with an evening sundowner or morning coffee in your hand. The sparkling pool with a view allows for those quick cool-offs in the hot summer months (and even in the sub-tropical, mild winter months). The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Three flights of stairs must be climbed to be rewarded with the best views in the complex (as well as adding steps and floors climbed to your daily target). There is no elevator, which unfortunately does not make this apartment wheelchair-friendly. There are however no stairs within the apartment.

A simple, hard-working couple that appreciate the value of nature, family, healthy living and life - all God-given! Since we are living and working abroad, we are sadly not available in-person. We are however a WhatsApp message or E-mail away to assist and guide in any way possible. La Crete Sands is our home away from home - where we come to relax, forget about the pressures of life and enjoy the serenity of the nature surrounding us. Since we can only have this experience for a month each year, having this little slice of heaven stand empty for the remainder of the year would be a sin. It needs to be enjoyed by others; memories need to be made; families need to experience what we experience when staying there. We would love to host you!

La Crete Sands is in a perfect, central location - quiet and peaceful with an amazing view away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to Margate to enjoy a good vibe should you get that urge. You are just 100m from the ocean, and 200m from the main Uvongo swimming beach. There are 2 large shopping centres just 3-4 km away (Shelley Centre and South Coast Mall) with restaurants, movies, banking facilities, clothing stores, supermarkets, etc. to cater for all your shopping needs. The local (smaller) grocery store is a comfortable 400m walking distance away. Just 2 km up the coast, is the St. Michaels on Sea swimming beach for an alternative beach experience. Both beaches are safe, shark-netted and life guards are on duty throughout the year. For nightlife and a vibrant, energetic atmosphere, head down the coastline for just 4 km to the well-known village of Margate! Support the local community at the Rotary Flea Market held every Saturday and Sunday just a kilometer walk away heading south along Marine Drive. Margate Airport is a mere 8km drive with daily flights from the major city airports. Shuttle services are available from Margate and King Shaka International airport.
