295 on Ingwenya is a lovely self-catering house for up to 8 people, within 1 km of various shops and restaurants. The house has a solar system,when load shedding kicks in the Lights,TV and Wifi plug will work. This spacious house comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and a lounge area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath. The en-suite bathroom is shared with the second bedroom, which contains 2 single beds. On the other side of the house, the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has a bath en-suite. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and makes use of a separate bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has a dining area and is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, and coffee machine, as well as cutlery and crockery. The lounge offers a cosy fireplace and lounge area, and guests can also relax in a second lounge area with a TV and DSTV connectivity. The living area opens onto a covered patio with a dining table and overlooks the garden. Braai facilities, a vegetable garden, as well as undercover parking is available.
