Boutigue apartments and studio's in quiet cul de sac just off Main Road Sea Point, The apartments are fully equipped with all appliances, Wi Fi, Only the bigger bedroom unit has a 1 secure parking bay. The property is on The My Citi route and walking distance to bars , restaurants, shops and Sea Point Promenade. The area is cosmopolitan with mix of permanent residents, holiday accomodation and language schools. We DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR DAY GUESTS purely accomodation venue
We are close to main road and walking distance to 24 hour shops and restaurants like Posticino pizza and pasta, Le Boheme spanish and Mykonos Greek restaurants among many others, walking distance to the promenade and Winchester mansions for sundowners. On My Citi bus route and close to Green Point stadium and V & A Waterfront. The area is safe but do have be aware of cameras etc and looking like you are lost. There are many guest houses in the immediate vicinity.
