The house is three story with the main bedroom on the top floor with breath taking sea views from the balcony.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor with their own balcony where you can enjoy the sound of the Ocean and bird life.
The main floor houses the open plan lounge and dining room leads onto your spacious balcony with the most incredible 180-degree sea views.
The Kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Braai/BBQ grill is on the main balcony
There is a communal swimming pool and gardens at Sovereign Sands as well as a mere few meters walk to the beach.
