The balcony has a braai, a 6-seater dining table, and roller blinds which can be closed in the winter to create a sunroom. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be pushed together for couples sharing. Both bedrooms open onto the balcony with a sliding door. The main ensuite bathroom has a tub and a shower and the second only has a bath. All bedding, linen, bath sheets, and beach towels are provided.

The Summer Place apartment complex is fully fenced. The permanent residence in the apartment complex are friendly, helpful and the kids enjoy playing outside. The Knysna Waterfront, Cruise Cafe, Featherbed Ferry Terminals, the high school field, Woolworths, Spar, and the Knysna mall are all within walking distance or a short drive. The apartment is centrally located in between the main road & Waterfront drive which makes it the ideal accommodation for the Knysna Oyster Festival as well as several cycling and running events. Swimming beaches are a 15 min drive away.
