Overlooking the Indian Ocean and flanking the Walker Bay Nature Reserve, The Whale House is a six-bedroom home a stroll away from what international travel magazine Conde Naste describes "as one of the world's best beaches" in terms of tranquillity and natural beauty. The Whale House offers spacious accommodation with views of whales, dolphins and distant mountains, and a delightful ambiance of birdsong, peace and a panorama of sun and sea below. The 20 km stretch of sandy coastline towards Hermanus offers wonderful opportunities for hiking, swimming, or exploring the dunes. The house is ideal for families, couples or groups looking for the perfect peaceful getaway, and is a short drive from whale-watching cruises, cage diving with Great White sharks, and wine farms offering sumptuous cuisine and a wide selection of South Africa's finest wines. The house is equipped with an indoor and outdoor braai and all the amenities for a comfortable, cozy stay.
