Man muss wissen weit und breit kein anderes Haus in Sicht, aber gute Entfernung zum De Hoop Nature Reservat.
Und man darf keine Scheu vor Insekten haben da sind einige im Haus zu finden .
Die Besitzerin war sehr nett.”

Ansonsten wären es weitere 30 Minuten von Swellendam aus gewesen.

Aloe Cottage is situated on a working farm in the heart of the Ruens. Situated 30km from Swellendam and De Hoop Nature Reserve that provides world class whale watching and hiking. The area's main economic drive is agriculture and during the winter months you will see a patchwork of green and gold, Canola fields, wheat and barley.
Get away from the ever-glowing city lights. You can stargaze, go cycling, jogging, walk through the farm or just relax at the cottage.
Remember to stock up on groceries and petrol before driving to the farm.
The gravel road is suitable for all vehicles.
