Mike and I bought this farm 16 years ago. We have put heart, soul and a lot of work into creating a placeof great beauty. A farm that provides a home, an income and a peaceful retreat for guests.

Property information

Belfield is a family run boutique wine estate situated in the middle of the beautiful Elgin Valley 1.5km from the N2 on the Viljoenshoop Road. This special place is ideal for friends or family looking for a tranquil get away on a working farm.

Neighbourhood information

The Elgin Valley is just being discovered. Traditionally an apple growing rural area, it now offers experiences that attract people who love outdoor activities, superb wines and gourmet food. The Valley is a good place to stay if you want to be in the countryside but only 45minutes from Cape Town, Franschoek, Hermanus and small beachside hamlets like Bettys Bay and Kleinmond.
