We offer a fantastic 2-bedroom cottage, with solar power supply, set in a park-like large property.
The cottage features 2 spacious bedrooms , with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other.
A fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher.
Open plan sitting/ dining area.
A modern bathroom .
There is a large outside patio with a view to the beautiful garden, with a table and 4 chairs.
We offer the use of a Weber for braai, brickettes are supplied by the guests.
We have installed an amazing state of the art convection wood stove for the chilly nights. The first bundle of firewood is complimentary.
The cottage is easily accessible and within walking distance to The Edge, The Eco Shrine and the enchanted path through the indigenous forest.
We are visited daily by various indigenous birds and the Samango monkeys. Loeries, Cape Parrots, Pie-my-Vrou...
The cottage is functional, comfortable and beautiful, decorated in contemporary style.
Hi, I am Gloria!
My husband Eric and I moved to Hogsback from Cape Town in 2017. We feel very privileged to be able to live in this magic place and practice the "Living with Joy " lifestyle and would love to share it with our guests.
The property is app. 2km from the village centre where there are numerous eateries as well as a well stocked supermarket.
Within a walking distance is The Edge resort (restaurant, Village Home Industry Shop, The Labyrinth) . The Bluff offer some easy daily walks with stunning views.
The path through the indigenous forest starts on our doorstep and takes you into an enchanted fairy world .
The Mountain Table ( an exceptional restaurant ) is at 15 Summerton drive, also within a walking distance.
