Casa Mia will be your house right on the beach in Witsand. You will see the sun rise from your bedroom or lounge. Come relax and unwind and let the fresh sea air speak to your soul. During winter season, between June-November, Southern Right Whales will be visible right from your doorstep. If you are lucky you may even see a calf being born! Children can play on the beach while you watch them from the deck or balcony. A child-friendly tidal pool is a mere few steps away.
Tania, our property agent, will welcome guests to Casa Mia and will be available during your stay for any assistance.
Casa Mia is located in Duinepark, a beachfront development right on the beach and within walking distance to the tidal pool. Witsand has a few shops stocking basic necessities but larger shopping should be done in Heidelberg, which is a 30km drive, so a car is a requirement.

Kindly note that inverter is installed in house - no need to worry about loadshedding during your stay at Casa Mia.

Situated in Witsand, Casa Mia is a spacious modern holiday house on the beachfront with breathtaking views over San Sabastian Bay. During whale season you can watch whales flocking in the waves from the comfort of our home. 20 meters down the path and you are on the beach. There is now an inverter installed in the house and so guests can enjoy their stay even during loadshedding!

Casa Mia comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. There are the main bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 bedrooms with a double and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (suitable for children under 12 as bunkbed is shorter than normal single bed). The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath, basin and toilet. 1 guest toilet is situated downstairs with a toilet and basin.

The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Indoor braai and wood burning fireplaces are available for those windy and cold days. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge/freezer, chest freezer, an electric oven, a gas stove, a microwave, and washing machine as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. In the lounge there is a fireplace and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Wi-Fi is available. Parking available for 1 big vehicle or two small vehicles and a boat.

The living area leads onto a wooden deck with beautiful views of the ocean and an outdoor braai to enjoy those perfect moments.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the nearby activities which include swimming, bird watching, whale watching and fishing.
