Spacious, comfortable, elegant, trendy, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom totally renovated independent Victorian home. Pool, patio, barbecue & carport. Centrally positioned, few kms to sea, downtown and Waterfront. Close to famous GROOTE SCHUUR hospital which hosted first world heart transplant. Around corner from Lower Main Road with its funky/trendy shopping and Koon Carnival. Easily connected to West Coast / Muizenberg / downtown. Quiet, trendy, authentic Cape Heritage suburb.

I am Italian living between Italy and Cape Town after many years abroad. Speak and write English, French and Italian. Love having people around and able to help and advise them with most of their needs here in South Africa I am a mother of 3 grown up lovely children who are living in South Africa, USA and Italy. You will love this completely tastefully modernized Victorian home in the quaint suburb of Observatory!. I am passionate about "Search for Truth" and as Einstein said.... " I want to know the thoughts of God....all else is irrelevant" My life, I now see that is represented by constant moving between continents and is probably not over....!! I love living in perfectly beautiful, organized spaces....this home is a typical example and I hope you will enjoy it!! I am free and gladly available to assist guests whether I am in Cape Town or elsewhere.
