Our vision is to create a 5* experience for our guests and build long lasting relationships. To achieve this we engaged a top interior designer to use high quality furniture to bring out the unique character. This modern elegant 1-bedroom apartment has high quality linen, a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and a comfortable tv lounge. For those wanting to catchup on work we have limited WiFi access and ergonomically design work station. For the guests comfort, the room is air conditioned to allow for cooling or heating as required. The apartment has secure free basement parking close to the lifts, making for easy access. The iconic Mall Of Africa is short walking distance. The high surveillance cameras and patrols provides security. Importantly we take cleanliness very seriously. Before checkin, thorough cleaning is done. Clean fresh linen is used to give that fresh welcoming scent. The unit is fully sanitised in accordance with all health control protocols. As residents within Waterfall, we are always available for any support needed to make our guests’ stay comfortable.

I am fortunate to have travelled nationally and internationally. In the process I have had good exciting experiences as well as some unpleasant ones. All these have been invaluable lessons which we incorporated into Elegant Apartments. We also take all reviews seriously and use them to continuously improve our service.
