Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.This self catering holiday house located on first floor offers 180 deg full ocean views which is 100m from ocean. Has 3 ensuite bedrooms with private entrance via back staircase .Has double garage with remote control and remote gate.House has alarm system .It is located in Grootbrak which is 30km from George and 30 km from Mosselbay.George airport only 15 km away.Has a resturant 150m away.The setting and sound of the waves almost gurantees a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
This property is run by myself and my wife.We are both ex -teachers and ex- retired business man/woman .So we are dedicated to provide our guest with a pleasant,safe and relaxed experience.The ocean ringing in one's ears and tranquility of the area helps to achieve this.Come and enjoy your stay and create memories in our beach house.
The neighbourhood is peaceful and scenic and is right on the beach front and has a low population, which makes commuting relatively easy.The area is safe and have a few security companies in the area as well as a neighbourhood watch.The property has a public park right opposite where you will see families relaxing,braaing etc.This contributes to a holiday atmosphere.Cyclist and joggers pass regularly.Approximately 100m away is resturant and confectionary and small Caffè.Airport 15km away and the city of George 25km away and Grootbrak 12km away where you find a mini shopping centre with petrol station and laundromat, resturants etc.
