Unit 216 Brookes Hill apartment is located in the secure Brookes Hill complex, and offers stunning views over the bay. The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and twin washbasins. This room has doors opening to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower and bath combo. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a scullery with a dishwasher. The living area offers a dining table, ample comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and built-in bar. Stacker doors open to a balcony with stunning views. The Brookes Hill complex also offers a communal swimming pool and braai area, and secure parking with 24/7 security.
