Beautiful re-modelled home on the sea in a secure Estate.
There are 3 bedrooms (Queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms and 2 single beds in the third bedroom), with 3 modern bathrooms (2 en-suite), a private plunge pool, enclosed back patio and a sea facing patio.
The home comfortably accommodates a MAXIMUM of 6 Guests. (See bed layout above), and is IDEALLY suited for up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The modern kitchen has a central island, modern appliances, Nespresso, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is an indoor combination barbeque/fireplace.
Large open plan lounge / dining room opens up to the outdoor patio leading to the seafront. There is a study/work area, WiFi (Uncapped Fibre), DSTV Premium, and Netflix (using your own log in account).
Main bedroom, lounge and dining room access the patio and sea through sliding doors, with stunning views of Walker Bay. The second bedroom looks out over the pool, and can be accessed either directly from the entrance walkway, or from inside the house.
We deep clean before/after a Guest's stay; with a fee charged to cover these additional costs (included in booking fee).
There is an experienced Host based in Hermanus (Dirk), who is available to immediately attend to any concerns Guests may have.
Dirk can, by prior arrangement, arrange daily cleaning/servicing at Guests own cost if so required.
We are located in a secure Estate some 7 minutes from Hermanus Town centre, which is home to restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, craft markets, golf courses and sprawling beaches.
The property is alarmed and is a secure stand alone house in a secure Estate with 24 hour gate and patrolling security, as well as biometric access control.
We have lived in the house for over 20 years, and we have never had a security breach or issue.
The Hermanus Municipality has established a temporary settlement in an adjacent area whilst they are redeveloping formal housing for residents working in the greater Hermanus area. There have been no security or other issues with this planning.
There is a private carport for 2 cars.
