You’ll find a sink, comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a 4-chair dining table with TV stand for relaxing or working. The room is air-conditioned and features its own private entrance, so you’ll have dedicated space and complete privacy the outdoor shade area belongs to you and isn’t shared with other rooms. Outside you’ll enjoy a lovely covered patio with an outdoor sofa and a large coffee table, ideal for relaxing after a day out. Everything is very clean and ready for you to settle in.

You are just a short 6-minute drive or a relaxing walk away from the beach. Within only 3-5 minutes on foot you’ll find a few shopping centres, various fast-food options (pizza, burgers), full sit-down restaurants, and coffee shops. The area boasts excellent healthcare facilities and good schools. Friendly people, clean streets and the convenience of being near everything while staying tucked away in a calm setting make this neighbourhood ideal. Nature and landmarks are close too: you’re only about 20-25 minutes’ drive from Table Mountain, and popular outdoor spots like Big Bay are just few minutes away for biking, wind-surfing or relaxing.
