We have been here since October 2007 and have built the property up into an upmarket accommodation establishment during that period.
We have 2 Jack Russell's as pets

Karmichael Farm is situated on 23Ha. It has 2 dams and is presently planted under erogrostis (Hay).
It is situated just outside the small village of Himeville in the Southern Drakensberg in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa
The property has 5 self catering units and 4 B&B Rooms

Karmichael is close to the Sani Pass, which is the only route from Natal into Lesotho. The turn off to the pass is about 1.5Kms from us and then its 14Kms of tarred road . Thereafter there is about 12Kms of dirt road the South African Boarder Post and a further 8Kms to the top where the Lesotho customs is.
4 * 4 is required to get to the top of the Pass. Depending on conditions a 2*4 will be able to get to the top.
