We have 2 self-contained units: 1. A Family Unit consisting of a main bedroom with queen sized bed, a second sleeping area with 2 small single beds and a sparkling en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. 2. Garden Studio perfect for a couple, with queen sized bed, seating area, eat-in kitchenette and spacious bathroom with outsized walk-in shower, toilet and basin. Both units have well-equipped kitchenettes with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and all the basics for self-catering. DSTV Bouquet, Free wifi, aircon, electric blanket. Each has its own private garden, deck and outdoor seating with braai facilities. Complimentary Port on arrival.

In 2019 we realised our dream to live in the Klein Karoo and opened Karoo Nest Family suite to share our beautiful area and town with many people. In 2023 we decided to add a 2nd Garden Studio Unit due to popular demand.

Calitzdorp is a small town surrounded by 3 mountain ranges. It is known as the Port Capital of South Africa and boasts 6 award winning wineries. There is an abundance of flora, fauna, beautiful biking trails, local artists and special local eateries to try. The Oudtshoorn area, which is a mere 30 minutes away boasts ostrich farms, a wildlife ranch and the famous Kango Caves. Base yourself in Calitzdorp and explore the magic of the Klein Karoo.
