This home sleeps a maximum of 12 people in 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor you have an Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with an indoor braai with sliding doors that opens onto large veranda overlooking the Breede river. There are three bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. • Kitchen - Fully equipped with double door fridge, small deep freezer, gas stove / electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and cookware. Separate scullery with a double basin, dishwasher and filtered water tap safe for drinking. • Dining Room – 8-Seater table in front of the indoor braai. Braai grids, equipment and potjie pot are supplied. • Lounge - has a comfortable L-shaped couch and single seater chair, a flat screen TV, and board games available in the display cupboard. • Veranda - has a splash pool (uncovered), with loungers and a solid 8-seater patio set. • Main Bedroom – Queen size bed, Bedside tables and lamps, Built-in cupboards, Daybed, Air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Opens onto the Veranda. • Second Bedroom - Double size bed, Bedside tables and lamps, Built-in cupboards, Air-conditioning. • Third Bedroom – Two single beds, Bedside table and lamp, Built-in cupboards, Air-conditioning. • Bathroom – Shower only. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a pyjama lounge, these rooms open up onto a large wooden deck overlooking the Breede river. • Bedroom 4 - Double size bed, Single bed, Bedside tables and lamps, Built-in cupboards, dressing table, Air-conditioning. • Bedroom 5 - Queen size bed, Single bed, Bedside tables and lamps, Built-in cupboards, dressing table, Air-conditioning. • Bathroom – Shower only. • Wooden Deck overlooking the river with an outdoor lounge set.

ACTIVITIES: Watch a variety of birds from the patio, or enjoy some time fishing for Grunter off the private Jetty. The Breede River is one of the longest and most navigable rivers in South Africa so bring along your boat and water toys to enjoy a myriad of activities like fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking swimming, kite surfing, tubing, water skiing and wake boarding during your stay. Other activities in the area include mountain biking, trail biking, hiking, whale watching (May-November), horse riding and day excursions to attractions in the area. ATTRACTIONS: Infanta (30 km) or De Hoop Nature Reserve (23km), pop over to Sijnn Wine Farm for a unique wine tasting experience or cross the Malgas Pont for an outing to Witsand (23km) for the day. Destination Malgas Bait & Tackle Shop: At the Boathouse Pub and Pizzeria. Open daily. The Trading Post: As you enter Malgas on the right. Open Mon-Sat 08:00 – 17:00, Sun 08:00-13:00. At the Malgas Trading Post you will find a shop with an ATM, basic food supplies, lovely fresh bread and rolls, meat and other necessities. There is also a Dop Shop for liquor purchases. Malgas Hotel: River access / Jetty. Open every day from 7:30. Serving Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Pub Meals. Play area for kids. Grunters Pub & Grill: Situated at the Malgas Trading Post. Open Tue-Sun 11:00 till late. Serving Pizza’s, Burgers and other delicious meals. Play area for kids. Boathouse: River access / Jetty. Open Tue-Sun 11:00 till late. Serving drinks and Pizza’s. Play area for kids. The Bush Pub: River access / Jetty. Open Sat & Sun 11:00 – 19:00), serving drinks, lovely cocktails and basic burgers. Every second Saturday there is a Farmers and Craft Market from 10:00 – 14:00.
