Laguna La Crete 41 - Escape to Paradise. This lovely three bedroom apartment in Uvongo has magnificent sea and lagoon views. Enjoy the most exquisite sunrises in the mornings with your first cup of coffee. This holiday destination that is suitable for self-catering will not disappoint!. Uvongo’s bustling seaside town is known for its beautiful beach with a lagoon that stretches back to a waterfall. The beach has lifeguards as well as shark nets and is safe for swimming. Laguna La Crete is a well-maintained complex that has 24-hour security, remote gate, tennis court, swimming pool, communal braai area, laundry facilities as well as undercover parking. Easy access onto the beach at low tide. (Please remember to book the tennis court in advance at the Laguna La Crete office.) Laguna La Crete 41, a three-bedroom, six-sleeper unit situated on the first floor on the sea facing/lagoon section of the complex. There are wonderful sea views from the balcony as well as a gas braai. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and has a dishwasher. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed (ceiling fan) and an en-suite bathroom that has a shower.  The second bedroom has a double bed (ceiling fan). The third bedroom has one single bed and a bunk bed (ceiling fan). The washing machine as well as the tumbler drier in the unit. The second bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. The flat is equipped for a baby with a camp cot and high chair. There is an open view decoder and if you wish to watch DSTV please remember to bring along your own DSTV decoder, smart card (no Explora's). No smoking is permitted in the unit. No smoking is allowed in this unit. Please Note: The cleaning fee that you are charged is for the preparation and cleaning of the unit before you arrive and after you leave. Daily cleans are available at an extra charge. If a daily clean is required please contact the office. Maximum of 4 adults and strictly no parties allowed.

Uvongo Beach on the South Coast is probably most famous for its picturesque waterfall that plunges into a lovely little lagoon. Uvongo is a lovely little seaside resort village on South Coast. The lagoon and beach are protected by cliffs and dense indigenous trees and foliage which must make Uvongo beach one of the most beautiful in the world. Paddle boats, as well as canoes, are for hire on the lagoon. Curios are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach.  Uvongo beach has lifeguards and also shark nets, therefore, making it an excellent swimming as well as a surfing beach. Furthermore, the Pavilion Restaurant overlooking Uvongo Beach, apart from lovely views also has great food. Below the restaurant is a takeaway shop, ice cream shop, and beach apparel shop. Other attractions include numerous rock pools that stretch from Uvongo beach to Lucien beach and the Fishing Pier on the edge of the beach. Lillie Crona Avenue is a 2.5km stretch of road along the rocks between these two beaches which is abuzz with walkers, joggers, and cyclists every morning and evening. Day trips are the order of the day with the Wild Coast Sun, Oribi Gorge, with its hair-raising swinging bridge within easy traveling distance. The crocodile farm and the renowned San Lameer golf course is also an easy trip away and the Mac Banana-filled pancakes are to die for! Enjoy and visit the South Coast, there is plenty more to do on the South Coast.
