Little Breede cottage is a beautiful little cottage situated in the Breede River Lodge on the banks of the Breede River. The cottage offers lovely views over the Breede River and guests can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from the patio. The unit can accommodate 4 guests in two bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the ground floor and has an extra length queen size bed. The on-suite bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is a loft bedroom with two three quarter (small double) beds. Please note there are steep stairs leading up to this room. The second bathroom is a shared bathroom on the ground floor with shower, toilet and basin. All linen, towels and basic toiletries are included, but guests must please bring their own towels for swimming The kitchen is fully equipped wit a stove, microwave oven, air fryer and large fridge/freezer. Basic tee, coffee and a small milk is provided. The cozy lounge has comfortable seating, a fireplace and a flat screen tv. Outside there is a small garden with a built in braai and a picnic table. Electric blankets and a gas heater are provided during the winter months. Guests can make use of the communal swimming pool with beautiful river views. The watersport enthusiasts can rent stand-up paddle boards and canoes from the harbor office. Boat mooring are also rented through the Harbor office, they also offer a launch and retrieve as well as wash service for boats. There is also a lovely restaurant on the premises where you can enjoy sit down meals, a drink at the bar or take-aways. The restaurant is located next to the river and has beautiful harbor and river views. Witsand's Blue flag beach is a short drive away

Witsand is a tiny coastal town, known for it's peace and quiet and beautiful river mouth and long sandy beaches. The Breede river is a famous fishing spot and also a big favorite under the kiteboarding enthusiast.s
