Say no to loadshedding as there is back-up power supply in this spacious 2 bed, 2bath apartment, home away from home in a secure, quiet complex in Sunninghill. Clean and cosy, with very inviting bedrooms with Queen beds, electical blankets, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, a balcony and undercover parking. Lovely pool in the complex and a kids play area. Central and easy access to the N1 highway, Waterfall, Sandton, Fourways. Walk to the shops and Virgin Active gym close by. Sunninghill Gardens is just around the corner where you will find a community of walkers & runners
Tabeth is a very welcoming person with such a bubbly personality. She believes that individuals should enjoy the fine things of life and no wonder the efforts that she has put into this apartment reflect that. As you enjoy this space she has created, she gives her guests their space but she is always available via mobile phone, WhatsApp, sms and email
Sunninghill is a great area with so much easy access to other areas such as Montecassino, Fourways, Waterfall is literally a stone throw away and Sandton City is close by. For the lovers of nature, runners and walkers Sunninghill Gardens will offer you exactly that. Safety is of paramount importance and Sunninghill is one place where you will feel at ease.
