    Very close to centre of town, beaches and canals. Beautiful entertainment area and pool. Stunning view from the second floor. Perfect for a large family. Solar inverter means no load shedding.

Situated in St Francis Bay Village and directly overlooking the St Francis Bay Golf Course, the fantastic beaches of the Indian Ocean and the world famous St Francis Links are just 1km away. Ninety3 offers three bedrooms sleeping a maximum of six adults and 1 child. Bedroom 1 - Spacious master bedroom with king size bed and sofa bed (suitable for a child only). The private balcony on the 1st floor, overlooks the golf course, pool & gardens. Newly renovated ensuite with WC and walk-in shower and ample storage. Bedroom 2 - 2 Single beds on ground floor. Bedroom 3 - 2 Single beds on ground floor. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the newly renovated ground floor bathroom, with WC and walk-in shower. Guest Toilet Spacious open plan modern kitchen/dining room, equipped with everything you need for your stay, including large gas/electric stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine and external drying facilities. Living room with comfy sofas and chair, smart TV, radio/cd player and a gas fire for those chilly winter evenings! Free WiFi is available throughout the house if requested prior to your visit. **Ninety3 is located in a quiet residential area and noise must be kept to a minimum. No loud music at any time and 'Quiet Hours' after 9pm are requested. No parties are to be held at the property** Thank you for your understanding.
After falling in love with this very special part of South Africa, we are overjoyed to offer our house to guests, who we know will love it here as well. Unfortunately we will be unable to personally meet you, but we have some lovely people who will make you feel at home and answer any questions that you may have.
Fully enclosed garden with gated access onto the golf course, covered outdoor patio and braai all situated around the newly installed swimming pool (available December – March) Perfect for those sundowners! This is a quiet residential area and noise must be kept to a minimum. Quiet hours exist between 9pm - 8am, and loud music or parties are not allowed at any time. Solar Panels have been installed making the property almost 100% off grid. The dreaded 'loadshedding' is a thing of the past at Ninety3! Secure parking for your car/s and boat is available. The 'Village' is only 2mins and has every kind of shop you need, as well as a large SuperSpar and 2 liquor stores. Numerous excellent cafes, restaurants and bars can also be found here in the Village. Other places of intrest are: Sealpoint Lighthouse and Nevermind Restaurant - 9mins Grannys Pool and Cafe - 5mins
