The rear of the property backs onto a road, so when outside you will hear vehicles passing (but not noticeable when indoors). Parking is directly in front of the cottage. The cottage is furnished with a mixture of modern and upscaled functional furniture, including a sleeper couch if needed. Open plan kitchen with gas stove and separate scullery. All 100% cotton bedding and towels, as well as quality crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as comfortable quality beds. The cottage has been recently renovated (during 2017) and is very much down to earth with an eco friendly feel.

I live and work from the main property. The main house offers retreat and wellness events including yoga studio, massage, retreats and functions. I lived in the cottage for 5 years and developed the cottage as a open plan unit that I would want to live in.

Nirvana Cottage is 5 minutes walk to Constantia shopping village, we are opposite Nirvana Way Park and very central to the southern suburbs including mountains, Constantia vineyards and various beaches from Muizenberg to Houtbay.
