Mordillo House is an architecturally recognised post modern home ideally positioned to take advantage of Johannesburg's unique skyline and topography. It is a three story house to which your living space occupies the 1st floor. It has all the ammenities. North facing it is warm, wide doors and shaded deep balcony keeps one cool in summer. The location is very conveniant and accessible.
Neuren and Orpah and their helper Sphesihle live in the same house and are available to assist.
The street is in a quite cul de sac. The adjoining street has a fair degree of street trading and three elderly homeless people who are harmless. However it is safe as far a Joburg standards are concerned. There is not much to do in walking distance however a short uber trip gets you to Queen Street restaurants, Eastgate shopping centre, Bedford Shopping Centre, Maboneng night life, Troyeville restaurant Hotel, Ellis Park Stadium and Victoria Yards for shopping amd casual dining.
