Main bedroom features a stylish glass vanity, with the shower and toilet elegantly visible from within the room, adding a modern and open feel to the space. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds with bedside tables. These two share a spacious bathroom with a toilet, basin, and shower. Downstairs offers an open-plan living space with two inviting lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient wash-up area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. The large gas stove and electric oven make cooking a joy. There’s also an additional bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin for your comfort. Step outside to the lovely veranda, perfect for entertaining - featuring an 8-seater outdoor dining table and chairs, two loungers with a side table for relaxing, and a Weber braai along with a gas braai for delightful cookouts. The tropical garden setting is a haven for birdlife and small game such as Bushbuck, Impala, and Vervet monkeys, creating a truly nature-filled experience. A short walk takes you to the beautiful beach, ideal for swimming and relaxing. The villa is situated on the main road, offering convenient access to all the estate’s amenities. You’ll enjoy private covered parking, with additional public parking available nearby. So many activities to choose from within this tropical estate! Family resort for sure! 18 Hole championship golf course with Clubhouse. Or just casually play on the mashie course. Enjoy the sun on the blue flag beach that borders the estate with a private entry from San Lameer, with the safety of the lifeguards included. Relax at any 2 of the hotel pools, enjoy meals at The Lagoon Restaurant (open daily for breakfast and dinner), situated at the San Lameer Hotel. The Beach Bite Takeaway is also situated at entrance to the beach. On Marina beach you will find Mariners Restaurant for another menu experience. Visit Sassy's Clothing Boutique, or the Superette (convenience store) for a variety of goods, or pop in at the Library! Pamper yourself at Lagoon Day Spa & Wellness Centre (largest quality spa on the South Coast). Inhouse facilities of the Estate includes hiking and mountain biking trails, squash, tennis, catch and release fishing, paddle boating, play area with equipment close to bowling green.
