Property information

Villa 3002 is a recently renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, located in the incredibly desirable San Lameer Estate, Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal. Enjoy spacious and comfortable living in an open-plan unit, consisting of two storeys and fully airconditioned. The unit is equipped with a cozy lounge, TV in the living area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher). From the living area, the villa extends to a covered patio with a braai where you can enjoy sundowners while relaxing with an amazing view of the lagoon. The main bedroom, located on the upper floor, has a queen-size bed, air-condition and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. A balcony adds to the privacy of this room and allows for a beautiful view of the lagoon. The other two bedrooms, each with single beds and airconditioning, are located on the ground floor and share a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. One covered parking bay for your vehicle while DStv is included with selective channels and Uncapped WIFI. Additional vehicles need to park at the allocated open spaces in the Estate.

San Lameer Estate is South Africa's own tropical paradise. It has something to offer the whole family as well as having direct access onto two magnificent blue flag beaches. Based on the South Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal, San Lameer was the very first golfing estate developed in South Africa. It is a 200 hectare nature conservancy, landscaped with 620 privately owned luxury villas surrounding the challenging 18 hole Championship golf course, a world class hotel and a 5 star spa.
