One of a handful homes in Blouberg that is within 20 meters of the waters edge. The home which has recently been renovated along with a professional interior design done recently shouts elegance at its best. The home has 5 bedrooms, 2-bathroom, double garage and secure parking driveway. Indoor fireplace, uncapped internet, television, 2 living rooms and one reading corner with views spanning across the bay. The house also offers a closed garden with comfortable seating and a BBQ. The house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle microwave, coffee machine and many many more to relax. The house has without doubt one of the best locations and unparallel views in the world. The house does have an alarm if this was to make guests feel more secure although the area is one of the safest in the country

Arguably one of the best beachfronts in South Africa, the walkways along the beach go on for almost 20 km with many cafes, restaurants, shops and bars along the way and what makes it better is one of the best beaches in the world at your fingertips. The neighborhood is exceptionally safe and walking around 24 hours a day is always safe and secure
