Property information

Calamari 12 is a spacious, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse, with stunning sea views, less than 50m from the beach, in Ramsgate North. The unit is pet friendly by arrangement. There are about 20 steps to get to the unit, which is situated on the upper level of the first block, closest to the beach. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with double beds and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. There are fans provided in all of the bedrooms. The unit is serviced by 3 bathrooms of which one is en-suite and contains a bath, basin and toilet and the 2nd a shower, toilet and basin. A 3rd bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet. The lounge has a TV with DSTV Explora for your entertainment and comfortable seating for six. There is a dining room table seating 8 off the kitchen, which is fully fitted with a stove, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is partially enclosed balcony off the lounge with a kettle braai and patio table and chairs for your use. Beautiful sea views from all rooms and lounge and right on the beach. There is a safe provided and one garage is allocated to this unit. Unfortunately, there is no visitor's parking in the complex, but off-street parking is available, or else, if you have a small vehicle, you can park it n front of the garage. All linen is provided, just bring with your own towels. Please note that the accommodation total excludes a R1000 refundable breakage deposit and a once off R800 admin fee per unit booked.

Ramsgate is a small seaside resort town in KwaZulu- Natal South Coast, about 20 kilometers south of Port Shepstone. Margate town is made up of many shops, including beach, arts & crafts shops, restaurants, pubs and night clubs. Ramsgate is next to Margate which is best known for its’ beautiful coastline and blue flag beach with a swimming pool right on the beach. It’s also the only town along the South Coast to boast its’ own freshwater Olympic sized pool. Ramsgate is also home to the Famous Waffle House amongst many other local attractions.
