This property is situated on a smallholding just outside Polokwane (approximately 8km from Mall of the North and about 13 - 15km from Polokwane CBD, we are next to the N1 which makes the drive to Polokwane CBD not feel far away, From MALL OF THE NORTH we are only 8 MINUTES AWAY. Our accommodation establishment have a total of 6 units, we offer affordable, clean and neat Units, All our Units consists of a bedroom area, a kitchen area, own bathroom with shower, toilet and basin and also a small roofed Patio area with a built in braai. Units are cleaned daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Our Units is perfect for the person that wants an AFFORDABLE, neat and tidy place to rest. TV's has OVHD and NOT DSTV. Units also do not have air-conditioning, but does have Industrial Ceiling Fans.
Mall of the North +/- 8 minutes drive.
