Outside on the deck there is a swimming pool and a weber braai,a built in braai, an open outside shower, where you can gaze out undisturbed at the kilometres of untouched coastline. The beauty of this bay is immediately obvious and features a lonely beach house standing on the beach overlooking the beach. Darling with its accessible wine estates and the charming village of Philadelphia are a short drive away.

Grotto Bay is a Private estate situated in a Nature Reserve 50km from Cape Town with dramatic views if the Atlantic Ocean and the unspoilt West Coast. Houses on the estate are limited and residents are a mix of locals and holiday makers. Generally the atmosphere is quite and great for rest and relaxation. Bird and animal life is plentiful and the private beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. From the beach coastal trails are accessible and follow the coast line all the way to Yzerfontein 30km north. The estate has 24 hours security and video surveillance.
