Brand new luxury house in a very sought after area. Minimalist luxury. In the center of Cape Town, close to V&A Waterfront, De Waterkant, Convention City Centre, and many other attractions. Situated in the oldest street in Cape Town in the centre of the historic Malay district. Quiet area within walking distance of the city hustle and bustle. There are a lot of a restaurants and shops. The house is newly renovated. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, laundry room and a full bathroom. The second floor has two double bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom is en-suite with a large TV, king size bed and a safe. Hot and cold beverages and fresh fruits included. One off street parking.
