I'm new to the Melkbosstrand neighborhood. For the last two years, I have had the best time living here. The sound of the sea is constantly in my ears and provides a sense of relaxation that I have never had before. I enjoy the outdoors such as cycling and running. With the long beach on my doorstep, I can enjoy a run to Koeberg and back which totals almost 8kms or I can hop on my bicycle and head straight onto the popular cycling route that passes through the town. It's the best of both worlds being so close to the hustle and bustle but yet so far. I would love to enable others to enjoy this incredible seaside town.

Guests love the ease of access to amenities such as a variety of restaurants within walking distance from the cottage, as well as convenience stores for day to day supplies and of course the beach being a hop, skip and a jump away. One can park and stay and have a true restful holiday without the hassle of traffic, hustle and bustle of getting to the local attractions. For the sport enthusiasts, the cottage is on the local cycling route, with the coffee shop, a mere 30 meters away, being the watering hole for the well deserved refreshment earned from that cycle. Runners and swimmers alike can enjoy the facilities the neighborhood has to offer. Kite surfers are often seen decorating the sky with their colorful kites. A neighborhood offering something for all to enjoy.
