Designed with entertaining in mind, this open plan home has high ceilings and superior finishes throughout. Retractable glass doors open onto a covered outdoor patio and bar area with two fridges, an ice machine, built-in braai & Weber. Relax with a drink on the pool’s martini step and soak up the sun or take in the beautiful sunset views. Keep kids entertained with a level garden. Generous seating is available at the ten-seater dining table, kitchen island and bar. There are two en suite bedrooms and another bedroom with two single beds and guest bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the two main bedrooms are also air conditioned. For the cooler days, keep warm with underfloor heating and heated towel rails in all bathrooms and a wood burning fireplace in the living area. Appliances include an oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer & Nespresso coffee machine. WiFi & Netflix is provided, and DSTV Now is available for guests to login to their own account. The villa is equipped with an inverter to keep the lights, fridge, freezer, WiFi and TV's on in the event of load shedding or power cuts. A camp cot, high chair and pool net is available on request, and there are no baby gates on the two staircases on the property. There is an enclosed double garage and on-site parking, and for your peace of mind, the house is fully alarmed with armed response. Downstairs will not be accessible. If you would like access to two additional bedrooms and another TV lounge, please make a booking for the entire villa (sleeps 10) which is a separate listing.

Sunset Villa is perfectly positioned - located just off Plettenberg Bay’s most desirable address, Beachy Head Drive. A two-minute walk to Robberg Beach and a five-minute drive to town where you will find cafes, shops and restaurants. A short 1km walk from the property you will find the local Kwikspar, coffee shop and restaurants, as well as Beacon Island Resort. Many boutique wine farms can be found along the Plett Wine Route, where guests can enjoy delicious food and wine in a tranquil setting. Robberg Nature Reserve, a World Heritage Site is a must see, offering three hiking routes of various difficulty along the peninsula, all boasting magnificent views of the bay. Private charters can be arranged to view the southern right whales during the breeding and calving months from June to November. Plett is home to many wildlife sanctuaries where guests and children can interact with various animals. The Keurbooms River and Lagoon offers boat and kayak hire for all ages. A golfers paradise, there are five different golf courses within the Plettenberg bay and Knysna area.
