I am granny of 4 beautiful grandchildren, Ellie, Lika, Sion and Leméh. Such a precious time in my life. I love life's simple pleasures,family and friends. Cooking and reading are favourites. Eating is such a passionate thing to enjoy, involving all the senses. Pilates and early morning hikes keep me fit. Hubby Dawie keeps me grounded and is the love of my life. I love my life and I love my job.

From the moment you enter you will experience the warmth and welcome of Elmarie and Dawie and their staff. Both of them were actively involved in creating a comforatable and homely atmosphere where guests can relax and feel pampered. Dawie's lush garden with a variety of trees surrounding the swimming pool offers peace and relaxation. Elmarie loves creating magic in the old world kitchen with its Dover stove, treating her guests with mouthwatering breakfasts. Every one of the 6 luxury suites are different with en suite bathrooms,lots of detail, king beds and white cotton/percale linen. All the guests can enjoy their privacy or keep Elmarie company while cooking up a feast. Terra Casa offers a unique and intimate experience where you can kick off your shoes and experience home away from home.

Rustenburg is no more than one and a half hours' drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria, and half an hours' drive from Sun City and Pilanesberg. Its central location makes it ideal for a quick break from the hustle and bustle of city life. Locally the beautiful Kgaswane Nature Reserve is a stone's throw from our guesthouse. The Waterfall Mall, 2 km from Terra Casa,will provide retail therapy with a variety of restaurants. For the German beer lover, Brauhaus am Damm is a brewery and restaurant just outside town, with a lovely view of the Magaliesberg mountains and Olifantsnekdam.
