Spend your days in the spacious, open-plan living area, complete with a large indoor braai perfect for any weather. As evening falls, gather around the crackling fire in the outside boma, nestled beneath a magnificent Eucalyptus tree, and watch as spectacular river sunsets paint the sky.
With secure access to the Berg River just a gate away, and a safe space for your beloved pets, The Boathouse promises an unforgettable getaway for the entire family.

Situated on a very quiet street, The Boathouse offers a serene escape with exceptional privacy. The property is designed for peace and quiet, with neighbors set far back from the living areas. Guests will love the tranquil sound of boats on the Berg River, a perfect backdrop to their holiday, while the noise of passing cars is a rarity.
From the back of the house, a secure gate opens to a private alley that leads directly to the water's edge, where the Berg River becomes your personal playground. You can take leisurely strolls along the riverbank, find a quiet spot on one of the jetties to relax, or try your luck at fishing. For those who want to get out and explore, we have two kayaks available, perfect for paddling the tranquil waters at your own pace.
For your convenience and peace of mind, the large, fully walled corner plot offers private and secure parking with ample space for all vehicles. Access to the street is controlled by an electronic sliding gate, ensuring a safe and seamless arrival and departure.
