1. Visitors/Parties/Meetings or Events: Please note that our building policy, set out by the body corporate, prohibits visitors, parties, meetings, or events on the premises. 2. Not Serviced Apartment: For stays exceeding 7 days, we offer a complimentary weekly cleaning service. 3. Self-Catering: Our apartments are self-catering and come equipped with basic amenities including tea, coffee, sugar, hand soap, and shower gel. Additionally, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided. 4. Prepaid electricity: Please note that electricity is prepaid, and we request that you monitor usage to avoid depletion. We are available to assist with token top-ups until 8pm. Electricity usage capped at R500 per 2 week stay/ R1000 per month stay. 5. Assistance and Communication: We are available between 8am and 10pm via Airbnb messaging to assist with any queries or concerns. Security personnel may also be able to assist onsite, subject to availability. Please note that after 6pm, assistance may be limited, and there may be a call-out fee for issues unrelated to equipment malfunction. 6. Reservations and Changes: Reservation changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 10 days before your arrival date. One change may be made to your reservation if the arrival date is more than 10 days away. Additional nights may be added, subject to availability. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. 7. Key Policy: We provide one key per guest and do not keep spare keys on-site. In the event of lost keys or lockouts, a call-out fee may apply.
