This spacious one-bedroomed apartment has its own separate private entrance with secure undercover parking. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and braai (barbeque) facilities making it ideal for the traveller wanting to cater for themselves. The location and privacy makes it ideal for the business traveller, couple's break-away or the long staying or relocating guest. Bedding and bath towels are provided.
Situated in the peaceful suburb of Kenridge with its beautiful tree-lined streets and large green belts. A stone throw away from Fairmont High School and Durbanville and Tygervalley Hubs.
